For a long time I have heard that juicing helps to fight candida. It was all my friends could talk about. Admitting they were continuing their juicing journey to help get rid of candida.
Well, if you are anything like me you are probably asking the same question that I asked a million times before I got an answer.
“What is candida?”
It is really quite simple. So let me explain real quick. Candida is a fungus. A fungus that can break down the walls of your intestines and penetrate the bloodstream, causing a lot of pain and releasing hundreds of toxic byproducts.
That’s pretty intense right? I thought so to when I was first told about it.
Then I started racking my brain wondering if I had candida. Was there anyway to tell if I had it besides going to the doctor office? How does one even get candida?
After a ton of research, here is what I learned.
